PCF Insurance is proud to announce that Adam Reed has joined our senior leadership team as General Counsel, leading our Legal function. In this role, Adam is responsible for overseeing all legal, regulatory and compliance processes.

“Adam’s strong background managing multi-national personal, commercial and benefits insurance matters for large insurance brokerages, and his extensive industry knowledge on legal, regulatory and compliance processes will be key as we continue to grow,” says Felix Morgan, CEO of PCF Insurance.

Prior to joining our company, Adam was the Managing Principal of Reed Law Offices plc, a law firm he founded that specializes in proving outside general counsel and other services to insurance brokerages, including PCF Insurance. Earlier in his career, Adam served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Acrisure. Prior to that, Adam spent two decades as in-house counsel with increasing responsibility at AIG, where his last role was as General Counsel of AIG’s Personal Insurance business.

“I’ve served as outside general counsel for PCF for more than two years, and I’m excited to officially join the team and contribute to its continued growth,” said Adam.

Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Law & Society from Binghamton University and his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and Michigan, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Western District of Michigan, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
