PCF Insurance Services (PCF), headquartered in Woodland Hills, Calif., has acquired Horizon Insurance, a Bradenton, Fla.-based provider of personal, commercial and financial services insurance. 

Horizon Insurance is an independent agent started in February 2004 when Lori P. Augustyniak purchased the Gehrich Agency. 

The acquisition was one of four completed by PCF in the last three months, in addition to the nine it has completed since January 1.
