Rocky Steele has been named PCF Insurance’s Senior Vice President of Operations, from his previous role as Senior Vice President of Legal and Compliance. In his new role, Rocky oversees our Integrations; Agency Management System (AMS) Migrations; Carrier Relations; Carrier Operations, including licensing; and Compliance teams in support of the company’s organic growth strategy.
Aligning these functions under Rocky’s purview allows for greater synergies and collaboration among these teams that all play a critical role in the onboarding and integration of newly acquired agencies, as well as developing and executing on consolidation strategies that boost performance, drive efficiencies and, ultimately, bring enhanced value to our clients through market access, policy insights, and more.
“Among Rocky’s strengths is his ability to structure and align teams not only in support of company objectives, but that can easily adapt and scale quickly with our organization as we evolve,” says Felix Morgan, CEO of PCF Insurance. “As a successful entrepreneur and seasoned business executive, Rocky’s analytical mindset and deep comprehension of business best practices are the ideal combination to empower these functions and fuel our incredible growth trajectory.
After joining our company in 2023, Rocky led PCF Insurance’s legal and compliance function in support of our continued growth, as well as strategically mitigating legal risk, ensuring compliance and regulatory demands are met across the organization, scaling best practices, and reinforcing PCF Insurance’s culture of legal compliance.
“The sky truly is the limit for PCF, and I’m excited about taking on this new role for our organization,” said Rocky. “We’re putting greater emphasis on integrating our agencies and team members, consolidating our data, and driving efficiencies and compliance through real-time reporting and analytics capabilities, which will accelerate our growth strategy.”
