PCF Insurance is excited to announce the internal promotion of Ryan Stradling to Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief of Staff from his previous role as Vice President of Finance, Shared Services. In his expanded role, Ryan oversees our Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, Payroll and Regional Finance teams in support of our company’s data-driven strategies, operational performance and financial health.

Since joining PCF Insurance in 2021, Ryan has more than quadrupled the size of his team to keep pace with our exponential growth trajectory. Under his leadership, his team rolled out a robust enterprise accounting software system, implemented a new payroll system, and put in place scalable operational and accounting functions. Additionally, Ryan assisted in our $2.2 billion management buyout in 2021 by structuring a team and accounting practices to facilitate the milestone transaction for our company.

Bringing experience with increasing leadership from his time at Microsoft, Henry Schein, Aetna, and Cotiviti, Ryan served as CFO at CareXM prior to joining PCF Insurance. Ryan holds an MBA from Utah State University’s Jon M. Huntsman School of Business and an undergrad degree from Utah Valley University.
