Felix Morgan is Chief Executive Officer and board member of Trucordia, a top 20 U.S. insurance brokerage offering a broad array of commercial and personal lines, life and employee benefits insurance solutions.
Under Felix’s leadership, Trucordia is undergoing a multi-year transformation to become the nation’s next great insurance brokerage delivering exceptional insurance solutions and customer service. Ongoing integration and unification efforts across the company’s people, processes, and platforms are building a foundation for operational excellence and sustained growth. Today, Trucordia’s 5,000 employees in more than 200 offices serve 415,000 clients.
Felix has more than two decades of experience of increasing long-term company value by developing and leading high-performing teams, improving financial performance, driving growth and expansion, and delivering meaningful financial transactions. He joined Trucordia in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. During this time, he positioned Trucordia to pursue a more ambitious strategic vision through a $2.2 billion management buyout.
Prior to joining Trucordia, Felix was Chief Financial Officer at Cotiviti where he led the successful execution of a $5 billion transaction that took the public company private. As Director of Finance at Ancestry, he designed and implemented financial measures that resulted in double digit annual growth and played a key management role in preparing the company for its initial public offering. He also held executive roles at CareXM, Aetna’s population health technology business, and Henry Schein.
Following a volunteer mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Felix received a Bachelor of Science degree in business and accounting from Utah Valley University and a master’s in business administration from Utah State University. He lives in Springville, Utah with his wife, Wendy. They have four children.
Brandon Gray leverages his 25-plus years of experience in capital markets, cash management, accounting, financial planning and modeling, investor relations, and compliance to manage enterprise-wide financial projects, drive decision-making, and transform long-term financial strategies into effective financial plans.
As Chief Financial Officer for Trucordia, Gray leads the company’s investment strategies, treasury operations, and financing activities, as well as manages debt compliance. In addition, Gray oversees all aspects of financial management, including accounting, operating plans and budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
Gray joined Trucordia in 2023 as Vice President of Treasury following his time as Treasurer for Ancestry, where he managed the company’s capital market and financing strategy for $3 billion in secured and unsecured debt instruments, oversaw worldwide cash management, and led the treasury, risk management, and payment operations teams. Prior to Ancestry, Gray held several ascending roles over 13 years at Huntsman Corporation, served as Senior Internal Auditor at Novell, and spent three years as a Senior Auditor at PwC. Gray is a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed in California (inactive).
Michael Moran is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and margin expansion within the insurance and reinsurance industry, demonstrating expertise in data and analytics, risk management, strategy and operational excellence.
As Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Trucordia, Moran supports the company’s bold, transformational growth strategy and helps accelerate its strategic initiatives to better serve clients, capture economies of scale, and improve enterprise value. He is passionate about delivering impactful, innovative insurance solutions that provide value to clients and the industry.
Prior to joining Trucordia in 2024, Moran spent 19 years with Aon, the global insurance brokerage and professional services firm, where he held various senior roles across business units and regions. Most recently, he served as an Executive Vice President responsible for leading the company’s global "Delivering Aon United" strategy. Previous executive leadership roles at Aon include serving as Chief Executive Officer of Aon Inpoint and Global Chief Operating Officer of Aon Benfield, the company’s reinsurance division.
Moran began his career with Alexander & Alexander (a firm later acquired by Aon). He also spent time in management consulting at McKinsey. He earned an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg.
Moran’s extensive insurance industry background has given him a comprehensive understanding of the evolving market landscape, emerging client needs, and strategic innovations shaping the future of risk and insurance.
Active in his community, he serves on the nonprofit boards of Friends of Northside College Prep in Chicago, Illinois, as well as Friends of the Chicago River.
Rajeev Khanna is a seasoned executive leader with over three decades of experience in insurance and other industries, directing global technological operations, product development, and infrastructure management. He balances strategic thinking with innovation and hands-on execution, leveraging his deep understanding of how technology can unlock value in the insurance industry. His expertise spans e-commerce, banking, technology, and professional services. With a passion for building effective and sustainable teams, Khanna has fostered collaborative environments while managing globally dispersed operations through his leadership and top talent mentorship.
Prior to joining Trucordia, Khanna served as the Global Chief Technology Officer for Aon. In this role, he led strategy and execution, managing a large team and overseeing a vast portfolio on a global scale, including global corporate systems, infrastructure, data analytics platforms, end-user services, and product and application delivery.
Prior to Aon, Khanna held leadership positions such as Vice President of Global Infrastructure Services at online travel platform Expedia and Senior Director of Global Infrastructure Services at technology device insurance firm Asurion. This diverse experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the technological needs across various industries. Khanna’s commitment to excellence extends beyond his professional career. He actively participates on the advisory boards of FTV Capital, Workato, Reco, Imper, and Rapydo, contributing his experience to guide these organizations.
Khanna is a sought-after keynote speaker, panelist, and podcast guest on topics including technology and innovation, technology-enabled business growth, executive leadership, and the changing workforce. He has appeared on stage at leading global technology and insurance industry events including VMWare Explore, Openstack Summit, C-Vision International CIO and CISO Summit, the Aon Insights Series, and Webex One. Harvard Business Review and other executive publications have featured his work.
Khanna holds an MBA in Finance & International Business from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University. This blend of technical expertise and professional experience has shaped him into a well-rounded leader in the ever-evolving technological and insurance industry landscape.
As Chief People Officer for Trucordia, Jeff Hutchins leads the company’s human capital development strategy, overseeing initiatives focused on health and wellness, succession planning, and employee experience. He is committed to aligning the company’s people strategy with its long-term business goals and supporting the growth and performance of leaders across the organization.
Hutchins brings over 35 years of experience as a strategic leader at the intersection of human resources and operations. With a unique background that blends operational expertise and HR leadership, Hutchins is recognized for driving organizational performance through people-first strategies, talent development, and enterprise-wide culture initiatives.
Prior to joining Trucordia, Hutchins served as Chief People Officer at Finicity, a Mastercard company, where he played a key role in scaling the organization and enhancing its employee value proposition. Earlier in his career, Hutchins held leadership roles at industry-leading organizations such as Comcast, H&R Block, Ancestry, and America Online, where he consistently delivered impactful workforce strategies and guided cultural transformation during periods of high growth.
As Trucordia’s Senior Vice President of Marketing, Leslie Greve leads enterprise-wide Marketing and Communications strategy, aligning brand, affinity, and reputation to support Trucordia’s clients, employees, acquisition strategy, and long-term business objectives.
Greve plays a pivotal role in advancing Trucordia’s unique value proposition and organic growth engine, elevating results across touchpoints. Her work sits at the intersection of brand transformation, growth strategy, and client experience, ensuring marketing is a measurable driver of enterprise value in the insurance brokerage ecosystem.
A creative and commercially minded leader, Greve has robust experience executing on marketing strategies that engage clients, surface value-add sales opportunities, and support business objectives, as well as ensuring that the brand drives market value. She has led multi phase brand and integration initiatives that unite legacy organizations under a cohesive platform while preserving culture, credibility, and trust.
Prior to joining Trucordia, Greve served BGZ brands as Chief Marketing Officer, where she built and scaled the marketing function to support multiple consumer brands through growth and expansion. Earlier in her career, she developed authority and skill in product marketing and sales enablement at TESSCO Technologies, serving as Product Business Unit Leader advancing go-to-market strategies across complex channels within a publicly traded company.
Greve received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Communications from Drake University.
As Chief Legal Officer for Trucordia, Adam Reed leads the team responsible for delivering legal, regulatory, compliance, and risk management services throughout the company. Strategically scaling best practices with a culture of compliance, Reed is also responsible for overseeing all legal, regulatory, and compliance processes related to M&A transactions, including post-close support.
With a strong background managing multi-national personal, commercial, and benefits insurance matters for large insurance carriers and brokerages, Reed’s extensive industry knowledge, as well as M&A experience, complements Trucordia’s focus on growth and scalability, while ensuring that the business interests of shareholders, employees, clients, and other stakeholders are protected.
Prior to joining Trucordia in 2023, Reed was the Managing Principal of Reed Law Offices plc, a law firm he founded that specializes in providing outside general counsel and other services to insurance brokerages and carriers.
Earlier in his career, Reed served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Acrisure. Prior to that, he served for more than two decades as a senior lawyer at AIG, where his last role was as General Counsel of AIG’s Personal Insurance business. In addition, Reed was an associate at Winston & Strawn LLP.
Reed earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University and his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Michigan, and as House Counsel in Utah; the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Western District of Michigan; and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has also obtained his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI) designations.
As Senior Vice President (SVP) of Business Development at Trucordia, Rocky Steele leads strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and manages community and government relations. With a deep background in insurance, strategy, operations, and corporate integrations, Steele is responsible for advancing Trucordia’s M&A strategy and accelerating growth through geographic expansion, as well as forging insurance industry partnerships, cultivating relationships with prospective insurance businesses and key stakeholders, and leading due diligence processes.
Steele joined Trucordia in 2023 as its SVP of Legal and Compliance, where his responsibilities included leading legal processes related to initial deal identification, due diligence, negotiations, and post-integration support. In 2024, Trucordia appointed Steele to SVP of Operations, overseeing the company’s integrations, agency management system (AMS) migrations, and carrier relations and operations.
In his current role, Steele expands on his previous experience to identify and cultivate M&A prospects, ensuring M&A efforts align with Trucordia’s strategic focus of building business maturity as a cornerstone of its long-term organic growth. In furtherance of this goal, Trucordia’s operating model will bring to bear operational efficiencies and economies of scale, protect enterprise value, and support front-line growth.
Prior to his time at Trucordia, Steele was a licensed life- and health-insurance agent in Washington State and later in Utah. Since that time, he has served in executive leadership roles across high-growth sectors, including energy and technology. Steele holds a Juris Doctor from the Gonzaga University School of Law, a master’s degree from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University.
Platform Leadership
Born into the business, Barber is a third-generation insurance professional. His background is in commercial insurance and agency management. Before joining Trucordia as a Regional Vice President, Barber was a Principal at Western States Insurance, where he built a strong book of business and became a recognized leader in Utah's independent agency community.
He brings a genuine passion for taking care of clients and helping them safeguard the things that matter most in their lives and businesses. As a result, he intentionally builds teams of insurance professionals who share that commitment. In his experience, when the work is more than a job, clients feel the difference – and that’s what drives how he builds his teams.
Barber holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. He was named Agent of the Year for Utah in 2017 and served as President of the Utah Association of Independent Agents. He is a frequent speaker at Trucordia events and sales trainings, where he shares his experience and industry knowledge with Producers at every stage of their careers.
Barber has been heavily involved in community service by serving on the Spanish Fork City Council for years and as Spanish Fork Chamber of Commerce President. He has volunteered as a city youth coach and served in his church. Barber also founded a non-profit group, American Heroes Project, which takes veterans and Gold Star families fishing on Utah Lakes.

For more than 20 years, Brown has fueled growth and developed high-performing talent across teams. He has extensive experience in distribution, operations, strategy, and performance improvement. Brown brings a strategic focus to enhancing Platform performance, strengthening broker and carrier relationships, and aligning cross functional teams around Trucordia’s long term objectives.
Brown is committed to delivering exceptional client service, and he prioritizes this at every opportunity with his team. His leadership approach includes supporting each client relationship with tailored insurance solutions, responsive support, and long term value. He believes exceptional service is foundational to trust and lasting success.
Prior to joining Trucordia in 2024, Brown spent nearly 16 years with Farmers Insurance Group, a Zurich Insurance Company. As head of the East Territory, he led expansion efforts and integration following a $1B acquisition for the firm’s largest geographic region. His tenure also included other executive roles in both field-facing and home office capacity, including Territory Executive (North/Northeast), head of the Northern Territory, and Senior Director of Agencies.
Brown began his career with HSBC’s U.S. Retail Division, where he excelled as a Producer and sales leader, recognized nationally for performance in each role.
He graduated from Wright State University and completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at USC’s Marshall School of Business.
Dunning’s results-oriented mindset is complemented by his commitment to client service. He encourages his teams to act as good stewards of their client relationships, listening to clients’ needs and addressing them with solutions that can improve coverage and have a positive impact on premiums. He coaches his teams on building trust and long-term partnerships by helping clients make informed buying decisions that help protect what is most important to them.
Most recently, Dunning served as president of the New England region at USI Insurance Services, where he built a new leadership team, grew the producer base by 25% as part of a strategic expansion, and was successful in growing new business and achieving positive organic growth. Before that, as practice leader for Northern New England at USI, Dunning hired and developed a new production team that resulted in practice growth of more than 15% in consecutive years, reflecting his commitment to helping producers succeed and grow.
Dunning’s leadership approach centers on leading through example, shaping team culture, and balancing collaboration with strategic execution and results. In his professional life, he focuses on winning and solving problems for both clients and colleagues. This continues to shape his career in an industry that requires precision and partnership.
Dunning holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from the University of Southern Maine and an Associates of Applied Science in Law Enforcement Technology from Southern Maine College, credentials that inform his analytical mindset and problem-solving approach to business.
Most recently, Lang served as President of Retail Property & Casualty at Venbrook Group—a role created as the retail business expanded. Before that, he was Executive Vice President of Venbrook’s Retail division, guiding strategy in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, aviation, cyber, supply chain, hospitality, private client, transportation, and many others. At USI Insurance Services, he was Executive Vice President and P&C Practice Leader, focusing on producer recruiting and retention, revenue growth, acquisitions, carrier relationships, and program development.
Earlier in his career, Lang led a third-party claims administration operation at ESIS (now part of Chubb), directed global accounts and Western Region healthcare at Chubb, and served in leadership roles at major brokerage firms. He has also been a lobbyist for the insurance industry and president of IIABA Los Angeles.
Lang has long-standing experience all along the entire risk continuum, from basic risk transfer to single parent captive programs. He’s passionate about building high-performing teams, supporting producers, and solving complex risk problems for clients. Outside of work, he advises the American Heart Association in California and is involved with Rebuild LA, a nonprofit supporting victims of the recent wildfires in the state.
Before joining Trucordia, Ross served as Head of Enterprise Sales at Utica National Insurance Company. There, she grew premium from $1.5B to over $1.9B in under three years while maintaining a sub-100 combined ratio and scaling market leading sales strategies across all business segments.
Prior to Utica, Ross was the National Sales Leader at Renaissance Alliance, where she spearheaded a strategy to expand geographically and bring on new member agencies. Her efforts led the organization from approximately $550M to over $3.6B in written premium during her tenure.
Earlier in her career, Ross founded IVY LADDER, a sales consulting and career coaching firm. She also held leadership roles at The Hartford as a Regional Sales Executive and at Brown & Brown’s Detroit Division as Commercial Lines Manager and Sales Executive.
Ross holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Michigan State University and maintains her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations, along with an active property & casualty license.
Ike’s insurance career began in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he handled commercial general liability claims before advancing into a field liability claims adjuster role. This early, hands-on experience in claims gave him a deep understanding of risk, policy structure, and the realities clients face when coverage matters most. He later transitioned into sales and marketing where he discovered his passion for helping businesses grow, connect with clients, and create long-term value. Over the course of his career, Ike has built a rare, end-to-end perspective of the insurance industry, with experience spanning claims, sales, distribution, and regional leadership.
Known for his collaborative and coaching-driven leadership style, Ike is recognized for developing high-performing teams rooted in accountability, trust, and continuous improvement. He brings a strong track record in distribution strategy, client-growth initiatives, and process optimization, consistently driving performance through relationship-building and disciplined execution.
Ike is also widely respected for his perspective on exceptional customer experience. He believes memorable service is built not only on operational efficiency, but on empathy, responsiveness, and genuine care. He champions a service philosophy centered on listening first, anticipating client needs, and creating meaningful interactions that build trust and long-term loyalty. This commitment continues to shape the culture of the South Platform, reinforcing customer experience as a strategic differentiator and a driver of sustainable growth.
Prior to his current role, Ike served as Regional Vice President at Trucordia, where he expanded the company’s presence across the Houston region and drove profitable growth across all lines of business through strategic partnerships and elevated customer experience initiatives.
Beyond Trucordia, Ike is the founder of Pescador 419, a Houston-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families through faith-centered outreach, resource programs, and community partnerships. His dedication to service reflects a broader leadership philosophy grounded in care, integrity, and creating opportunities for others to succeed.
